The team consists of 10 well experienced chefs each specialized in a different kind of cuisine discipline, as well as a team of food and beverage consultants, individually chosen from best hotel management and business schools both locally and abroad.
Their ISO certified kitchen is one of the biggest kitchens in Lebanon with a total size of 1500 sqm.
One of the owners is Mr. Elie Salhab, when we met him he was so friendly and took us in a tour to show us the factory & kitchen.
The procedures for working with Bluemz:
- First you will schedule a meeting with Mr Elie Salhab, during the meeting you will discuss some details about your event: type, theme, directions…
- After the pre-approval on budget you are invited for a tasting
- After tasting and once you agree on all details you will sign a contract with Bluemz
